2.      The powers and duties of the officers and employees.

          The Inspector of Schools is over all charge of Secondary Schools and indirectly controlling the primary schools and Upper Primary schools through the Dist. Inspector of schools. The Administrative-Cum-Accounts Officer is in charge of administration and accounts of Govt. High Schools, Govt. New High Schools, Aided High Schools and Block Grant H.S.

 

3.      The procedure followed in the decision making process including channels of supervision and accountability.

 

          The three Dist. Inspector of Schools stationed at Dhenkanal, Kamakhyanagar and Hindol are in-charge of supervision and accountability of primary schools and upper primary schools. The Main function of Inspector of schools is to make supervision of all types of Secondary Schools although he is in charge of all types of Educational institutions. The Admn.-Cum-Accounts Officer is especially in charge of Accounts  of Secondary schools.

 4.      The norm set by it for the discharge of the function :

7.      Particular  of any arrangement that exist of consultation or representation by the members of public in relation to formulation of its policy or administration thereof.

          Public grievances are being held for high schools by Inspector of Schools i.e. 2nd Friday, 4th Saturday.

 

8.      A statement of the boards, Council, committees and other bodies consisting of two or more persons constituted as its part or for the purpose of its advise and as to whether meeting of those boards, council, committees and other bodies are opened to the public or the minutes of such meeting are accessible for public.
