2.1           Objective/purpose of the public authority :-

Nizarat Section is a part of the Collectorate, Dhenkanal and dealing with the fallowing subjects for the interest of public.

(a)                Audit and accounts of  the Collectorate, Dhenkanal.

(b)               Bill and budget relating to contingencies.

(c)                Management of circuit house and I.S.

(d)               Maintenance of cashbooks.

(e)                Supply of forms an stationeries to all the sections.

(f)                 Sale of saleable forms and maps.

(g)                Stack and store of the collect rate.

(h)                Entertainment of state guests and V.I.Ps.

(i)                  Correspondence an all the vehicles of the Collectorate and subordinate offices.

(j)                 Maintenance of the typewriters and duplicators.

 

2.2   Mission/vision statement of the public authority :- Nil

2.3              Brief history of the public authority and context of its formation.

This section is a part of the Collectorate. All day to day transactions relating to receipts and expenditures of the office is maintained in this section for smooth management of the office.
