1.Aims and objective of the Organisation    

                            This organization aims at increasing of postal deposit in the District

2. MISSION/VISION

We are giving engagement to unemployed educated by way of appointing them as agents. The agents (ladies and gents both) after appointed by Collector are authorized to collect money from public and deposit in the post Office in different scheme. They (the agents) receive commission from Post Office at the spot at this ay earn lively hoods.

3. Brief history and back ground for its establishment

           This Oraganisation came into with effect from 1974 in a planning manner,

4. ORGANISATION CHART

In the District Office there is a District Small Savings Officer being assisted by a   junior clerk and a peon. The files are being   put to Collector for favour of approval,

5. ALLOCATION OF BUSINESS

Besides there are Small Savings Officer”s in the Sub-Collector Office to look after the same agency of business.

6. DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED TO  ACHIEVE  THE MISSION

In order to achieve the mission we are giving wide publicity to our schemes there in lottery scheme to alteoeat the public and agents have been instructed to perform their duty activity to achieve the target.

7. Serviced rendered

We have a net collection achieve of Rs.27cores against Rs.25cores fixed by the Govt. Finance Dept. during the financial year 2004-05.Then are as may as 300 agents are working in this District to Assist. to achieve the agents.

8. CITIZEN INTERACTION

citizens are alternated to  works the scheme and organization as it helps to revenue unemployment problem.

It is functioning in the Office of the Collector and functioning from 10AM to 5PM except Public holidays and lunch hours.
